Ingest:

PhotoMechanic has a feature that allows you to copy photos quickly. You can personalize your photos and organize them according to your criteria to speed up photocopying. Users can copy multiple photos at once from external storage devices, shrink folder structure, rename the files, add IPTC data, and create backup folders. Photo Mechanic’s Live Ingest allows users to copy photos into one or more folders while they are taking the photos.

Edit photo:

Users can quickly edit photos right in Photo Mechanic. The program has built-in tools that allow you to customize and personalize your photos. You can rotate photos and adjust the size of photos. You can also add GPS data, watermarks, tags, or reset. The user can apply these operations to each image individually, or multiple images simultaneously (Batch mode).

Users can adjust the date and time of capture at the same time. They can also change the resolution or embed an ICC profile in JPEG images. You can compare and view photos in a vertical or horizontal window.
